Cohort 2 Applications - Launching July/August (Limited spaces available — applications evaluated in order received)
AI is reshaping customer experience, contact centres and BPOs – and many of the people leading these transformations are women. Yet most AI conversations and communities still don't reflect their realities, constraints or voices.
Based on the success and feedback from Cohort 1, we are launching Cohort 2 of the exclusive Women Leading AI in CX programme — now available in two formats designed to fit your reality.
Choose Your Format
⚡ 2-Week Sprint — Online
The same depth and rigour as Cohort 1. A tighter, more intensive timeframe. Two weeks of live expert-led sessions, 2hours per day. Peer collaboration and hands-on playbook building — fully virtual and designed for senior leaders who are ready to accelerate without the 6-week commitment.
📍 2-Day In-Person Event — Cape Town & Johannesburg
A full immersive experience in a room with your peers. Two focused days of live facilitation, expert sessions, and hands-on playbook work — with the energy, depth and connection that only in-person delivers.
Both formats deliver the same outcome — your personalised Human-Centred AI in CX Playbook and your Certificate of Completion.

FAQ
1. Do I need to be “technical” or work in IT/data?
No. This is for business and operations leaders. IT & technical leaders leading teams will also find this very useful. You don’t need to code or build models. You do need to be close enough to AI decisions to care about strategy, people impact and outcomes.
2. Why is this women-only?
Women are at the centre of customer and agent care, but are still underrepresented in the rooms where AI strategy is set. This cohort creates a space where women leaders can speak frankly about AI, people, politics and risk – and shape Human-Centred AI from that lived experience.
3. How much time will this actually take?
This has not yet been finalised. We estimate: Around 2 hours per day for 2 weeks OR 2 full days.
4.Will this turn into vendor sales pitches?
- Core strategy sessions
- Led by a moderator whose job includes keeping the space vendor-neutral.
- Strict no-pitch policy: no product demos, no pricing talk, no “book a meeting” nudges.
- Industry and technology leaders will be carefully selected and will serve only as educators and trusted advisors, sharing case studies on what worked, what failed, and how to think about AI in CX/contact centres/BPOs.
- Sponsored: spotlight slots (clearly marked, time-boxed)
- Sponsors will receive a separate & limited 20-40-minute session to present their solutions and offers.
- These are clearly labelled as sponsor sessions, separate from the core strategy design flow, so you always know when you’re in “learning and design” vs “vendor spotlight”.
The moderator is explicitly responsible for protecting the learning space and making sure that any vendor involvement serves your development first.
